Short Title and Commencement

  • These Rules are officially titled “AJ&K Public Procurement Rules, 2017.”

  • They were notified by the Services & General Administration Department on April 21, 2017, Muzaffarabad.

  • The Rules have been framed under Section 27 of the AJ&K Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act, 2017.

  • The Rules came into force immediately upon notification.
